Abstract
Through the OTRS interface, a small team of volunteers handles most incoming e-mail inquiries and complaints from readers, editors, article subjects, and the press.  This panel discussion will help participants understand the Wikimedia Foundation's e-mail response system. New and potential OTRS volunteers are encouraged to attend.
