Abstract
This research aims to investigate the consolidation of an alternative kind of licensing criative works different from the existing mechanisms of Copyright, as well to clarify the concept of free culture, since its origins in the United States until its broadcasting and reception with the actors from different cultural areas in the city of Sao Paulo.
